📣 Company Alignment Seminar – Driving Collaboration & Growth

We recently brought together teams from across TrioMed, along with key supporting departments from Prohealth Limited, including Logistics, Accounts, and Regulatory for an engaging and highly productive alignment seminar.

The session opened with an address by our CEO, Peter Apap, who set the tone by reinforcing the importance of alignment as we continue to grow. This was followed by a short presentation by General Manager Mark Bondin, outlining key priorities and expectations for the journey ahead.

A central highlight of the seminar was an interactive process and teamwork exercise, with active participation from all attendees. Expertly moderated by Alex Falzon and Greta Rapinett, CXAC the session fostered open dialogue, cross-functional collaboration, and practical reflection on how we can work more effectively together.

We concluded with a session by Ian Vella, Operations Manager, who presented refreshed processes aligned with our growth achievements and ambitions, with a strong focus on delivering a more customer-centric service.
